What is endofibre lift?

Endofibre lift is the revolutionary, minimally invasive laser treatment that lifts, tightens, and rejuvenates the skin from the inside out. How does it work?

A superfine, flexible laser fibre (thinner than a hair) is gently inserted under the skin. The laser energy stimulates the skin’s natural collagen production, tightens tissue, and reduces excess fat – without damaging surrounding areas. There’s no cutting, no stitches, and minimal downtime.

 

Endofibrelift results are both immediate and progressive:

         Immediately after treatment, you’ll notice some initial skin tightening and lifting because of the collagen fibers contracting.

Over the following 3 to 6 months, results continue to improve as new collagen is produced and the skin structure rebuilds itself.

The final, most noticeable results are usually visible at around 6 months post-treatment.

Endolift continues stimulating collagen production for around 3 to 6 months after the treatment — and in many cases, collagen remodelling can progress for up to 9–12 months as the body naturally strengthens and tightens the treated tissue.

 

Here’s a breakdown of what typically happens:

Immediately after treatment: Some initial tightening due to heat-induced collagen contraction.

0–3 months: Fibroblast activity increases — new collagen (mainly type I and III) starts forming.

3–6 months: Ongoing collagen remodelling and elastin production — skin becomes firmer and more lifted.

6–12 months: Peak results become visible as neocollagenesis stabilises.
